		<description>&lt;p&gt;I think your French card should be enough, as an EU citizen. (Since I'm a New Zealander, I automatically needed a passport for everything, and proof of residency also.) You should get the number comfortably early, it's by appointment only and can take up to a couple of weeks.&lt;/p&gt;
